My foray into critical thinking, collaboration, AI and learning technologies, gamification and virtual reality, learning and curriculum design research was grounded on a personal goal to hone my craft as a learning professional. My project delivery successes stem from a deep understanding of the nuances and challenges of the full project development cycle.

Upskilling in various technical industries. Pharmaceutical, medical and para-medical, oil & gas, mining, agricultural, electricity generation and power supply, academia.
Organisational and functional solutioning. Collaborating with organisational leaders, subject matter experts and functional teams to develop program, curriculums and courses.
Designing outcomes-based solutions with impact. Focusing on learning transfer and application back at work.
Assessment and evaluation. Strategic design, research, analysis and reporting on learning impact.
Design and development of learning resources. Crafting tailored learning and capability development solutions and resources - content authoring, media, eLearning, on-the-job performance support resources and more and designing these into technology platforms (e.g. LMS, LXP, virtual reality and simulation platforms).
Facilitation, coaching and mentoring. Train-the-trainer, subject matter expert and learning teams coaching and mentoring in learning design and development, delivery facilitation.
