Hi,

I am Meredith, your Learning Solutions Partner. I established CogniQuest in 2025 to embark on a mission to deliver outcomes-based learning solutions fit for today's evolving workplace challenges and empowering employees to perform with greater effectiveness, adaptability and impact.

I specialise in developing functional and high thinking / critical thinking skills in technical roles.

As a learning technologist and Certified AI Professional, I develop strategic planning of technologies and AI into learning programs (see AI credentials: Oxford, Oxethica).

My 35 years of experience spans pharmaceutical, medical, mining, oil and gas, power generation, agriculture industries, research and academia.

It has been a joy and privilege to share successes with great leaders and colleagues, and to touch the lives of many.
